The following Terms and Conditions are a legal contract between an individual user and ABSOLUTE DETAILING N.I defining the rules and acceptable usage of our services. 

1. **Booking Confirmation and Deposit:**All bookings require a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
2. **Cancellation Policy:**Cancellations made one day prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged at 50% of the total service cost.   - Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged at 90% of the total service cost.
3. **No-Show Policy:**Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a £100 fee plus 100% of service cost.
4. **Service Details:**ABSOLUTE DETAILING N.I provides professional detailing services, ensuring the highest quality and care for your vehicle or fleet.
5. **Payment:**The remaining balance is due upon completion of the completion of the booked services.
6. **Additional Charges:**Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.
7. **Damages:**ABSOLUTE DETAILING N.I is not responsible for any damages to the vehicle that were not caused by our negligence.
8. **Rescheduling:**Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability, terms and conditions. 
9. **Weather Conditions:**Services may be rescheduled or adjusted in the event of adverse weather conditions that may affect the quality of the service.
10. **Customer Satisfaction:**We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact us within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service.
11. **Privacy Policy:**ABSOLUTE DETAILING N.I respects your privacy. Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
